TinyWebs – Terms of Use

1Overview

TinyWebs offers professional online store setup services for small businesses. We provide ready-to-use online storefronts, WhatsApp ordering integration, and optional checkout features. All services are subject to the terms below.

2Starter Fee & Plan Requirements

• All vendor accounts require an initial Starter Fee payment, valid for one year.
• This fee is mandatory and non-refundable once onboarding begins.
• The Starter Fee includes store setup, onboarding assistance, and a domain selected and registered by TinyWebs based on your business name and availability.
• Vendors may not access the TinyWebs vendor dashboard or management system until the Starter Fee is paid in full and onboarding is completed.
• Additional subscription plans (Pro, Elite) require separate monthly fees, which can be activated after the Starter Fee is paid.

3Domains

• The Starter Fee includes a domain chosen and registered by TinyWebs (e.g. .xyz, .store, or other available options).
• Customers cannot choose the specific domain included in the Starter Fee package.
• If you want a custom domain (e.g. .com, .com.ng), you can indicate this during the onboarding process.
• Custom domains are billed separately at cost, with payment handled manually after consultation. TinyWebs will advise on availability and pricing before any purchase is confirmed.

4Onboarding & Delivery

• Onboarding begins only after payment confirmation of the Starter Fee (and any agreed custom domain fees).
• Delivery of your store typically occurs within a few hours to a few business days, depending on queue and complexity.
• TinyWebs reserves the right to refuse service or refund payments if onboarding is impossible or inappropriate for the submitted business.

5Affiliate Pricing and Links

• TinyWebs partners with approved affiliates who may share unique referral links to our sign-up or payment pages.
• Affiliates may set their own pricing above TinyWebs' base rates.
• Prices shown to you on the payment page may reflect affiliate-added fees.
• By proceeding with payment via an affiliate link, you accept any price variations and understand that affiliate commissions are included.

6Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available if TinyWebs fails to deliver your store setup within the agreed timeframe.
• Partial refunds may be considered case-by-case for incomplete onboarding if no custom domain registration has been made.
• No refunds are available once the domain is registered and the onboarding process is complete.
• Refund requests must be made via our contact channels within 7 days of payment.

7Ownership & Rights

• You retain ownership of your store's content (product images, descriptions, business information).
• The domain provided as part of the Starter Fee remains under TinyWebs' control for the first year. Transfer options may be negotiated after the initial period, subject to additional fees and registrar requirements.
• TinyWebs retains the right to showcase your store in its marketing portfolio unless you request exclusion in writing.
• TinyWebs' code, templates, and systems remain proprietary and are licensed to you for use, not sold.

8Subscription Renewals

• The Starter Fee covers 12 months of service, including domain registration.
• After 12 months, renewal of your store and domain will require a new payment at the then-current rate.
• Pro and Elite plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled or upgraded/downgraded at any time via the vendor dashboard (after initial setup).

9Limitation of Liability

• TinyWebs is not responsible for any business losses, missed sales, or other indirect damages.
• Service is provided "as-is," with best efforts for uptime and support.
• TinyWebs reserves the right to modify these terms, with notice provided via email or posted on our site.
